Sam Fox's first ever definitive hits compilation, with direct input from Sam herself, containing ALL her hits singles from 1986 onwards plus a selection of previously unreleased recordings. Another Carl M Cox/Prolific Media Group UK project, work on the album commenced in December 2008 and was concluded in October 2009. 

The album is dedicated to Joerg (President of the Sam Fox Fan Club) who died in 2009.
