Numerous different takes of "Mountains"   /   B&W crowd footage intended for 
"Under The Cherry Moon"

Watching this is like being let into a secret. Various takes of Prince & The 
Revolution performing the video for Mountains - verse after verse, take after 
take, camera angle after camera angle. It's quite hard to sit through the entire 
thing without hitting the FF button, so God knows what it was like actually 
DOING it. Although Wendy & Lisa's faces during their part of the filming appears 
to show how they felt - bored, tired and very pissed off. Prince's dance moves 
are a joy to watch, as are him and Jerome fooling about. Bobby Z drumming 
totally out of synch with the music (and looking like he's gonna explode!). And 
Lisa blowing her fringe out of her face - I counted (no joke here!!!) 95, yes 95 
times within the first 40 minutes - I gave up after that! Brilliant , but 
repetitive.
