  Downlord was first spawned in mid-2004 when guitarist Rene Falther and
  drummer Rasmus Schmidt hooked up with guitarist Donovan Spenceley and
  vocalist Dave Ingram (ex- BOLT THROWER, BENEDICTION). The idea grew and
  flourished at a phenomenal rate, as did the band's production of songs in
  such a short time. After only a few months of hard work in the studio, a
  demo disc was recorded and given the unofficial title of "Full Scale
  Hatred" after the band's original name.

  Throughout the band's existence they have played with some of the hottest
  drummers in Denmark. Amongst these are Reno Killerich (ex-Dimmu Borgir,
  Old Man's Child) who appeared on the 2nd Downlord demo disc, and also
  Jesper Frost (ex-Iniquity) who played during November 2005 to January
  2006. At this present time, the band will be utilising the drumming
  talents of original member Rasmus Schmidt, who also recently performed
  with the band at shows with Dave's former band, Bolt Thrower, in Denmark
  and Sweden.

  Their studio work takes place in an atmosphere that is both easy-going
  and pleasant. This is mainly due to the band members having such a wide &
  varied past (previous bands include: Iniquity, Benediction, Sacrificial,
  Daemon, and Bolt Thrower, to name but a few.) This can be heard in the
  band's sound, as Downlord are a blistering coalition of the American,
  English and Scandinavian scenes.

  This release collects the first 2 demos, plus 2 additional unreleased
  tracks. Limited edition.
